Who I am
Krolcom LLC is a one-person software development and Google Ads management business run by Zac Krolman at 205 W 8th Ave, Mount Dora, FL 32757. This policy covers krolcom.net and the services I provide to clients. "I" and "Krolcom" below both mean Krolcom LLC.
Information I collect
I collect the information you send me directly, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message, when you contact me by email.
I set no cookies of my own and run no analytics. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes visitor IP addresses and may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from bots.
Google Ads data
Access
With a client's authorization, I use the Google Ads API to access that client's Google Ads account data, including account and customer IDs, campaign and ad group settings, and performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, and conversions. Authorization comes through Google OAuth or by linking the account to my Google Ads manager account.
Use
I use Google Ads data only to provide the services a client engaged me for, such as campaign management, reporting, and automations the client approves.
Storage
I store OAuth refresh tokens and report data encrypted on access-controlled infrastructure, and I delete them within 30 days after the engagement ends or the client revokes access.
No sale
I do not sell Google Ads data. I share it only with service providers that host my systems, or where the law requires it.
Policy compliance
Krolcom's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access
You can revoke my access at any time, without contacting me, by unlinking my manager account from your own Google Ads account, or from your Google Account permissions page.
How I share information
I do not sell personal information. I share it only with infrastructure providers acting on my behalf, such as Cloudflare, or when the law requires it.
Retention
I keep email correspondence for as long as needed to serve you. Google Ads data follows the retention schedule described above under Google Ads data.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected].
Children
My services are not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
I may update this policy from time to time. When I do, I will post the change on this page and update the date above.
